Offshore Petroleum Project - Three sets of 3508B Marine Diesel Generators for the 3rd Test Oil Drilling Platform. Though this is the first supply project of WesTrac Power Systems on oil drilling gen-sets used for offshore drilling platforms, we have successfully accumulated a lot of valuable experience for the future. Power Systems has signed 9 offshore drilling platform contracts for Caterpillar diesel gen-sets including3600 gen-sets; all together 40 sets of engines and gen-sets.
Four 3516B offshore drilling gen-sets and a3508B Marine gen-set for CPOE (China National Petroleum Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd) No.3 Platform are one of the many contracts signed through DSUO (Dealer Solicited User Order) 。There are a series of platform contracts signed with CPOE No.3, 5, 6, 7, CPOE No. 8,9, and 10. The CPOE No.3 is the first batch diesel gen-set supply among the entire platforms. The successful commissioning and delivery has given a good impression and generated trust with our customer. It has built up a solid commissioning foundation for the future.
