JLG Aerial Platform

Founded in January 2001, WesTrac China  is a part of  the Australian WesTrac Group.  WesTrac China has been designated as the exclusive Caterpillar dealer, covering a business area of more than 2,400,000 km2 in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Beijing and Tianjin,

Established in 1969, today JLG Industries, Inc., is the world's leading producer of mobile aerial work platforms marketed under the JLG®, Toucan® and Liftlux® trademarks and a leading producer of telescopic material handlers marketed under the JLG® trademark. JLG aerial work platforms, telescopic material handlers and telescopic excavator have leading technologies and sales across the world. In 2005, Caterpillar and JLG signed an agreement which aimed to promote market presence for both parties by cooperating with Caterpillar’s 200 dealers and 3100 branches around the world.

The aerial work platforms are widely used in: construction of buildings, bridges and highways; manufacturing, installation, inspection and special maintenance industries such as shipbuilding, power, harbour, aviation, and aircraft manufacturing; high-profile locations such as hotels and exhibition centres. JLG’s aerial work platforms can be categorized into: vertical mast lifts (with a working height of 4.57m-14.33m), electric scissor lifts (with a working height of 5.72m-13.11m), telescopic boom lifts (with a working height of 12.3m-41.18m) and articulating boom lifts (with a working height of 9.14m-45.72m) as well.

JLG Vertical Mast Lifts

Vertical personnel lifts consist of a work platform attached to an aluminum mast that extends vertically, which in turn is mounted on a steel base. Two types of Vertical Mast Products are available. The AM Series is a "push-around" machine. Available in various models, these machines can be rolled in their retracted position through standard door openings, yet reach platform heights of up to 41 ft (12.5 m) when fully extended. JLG's MVL series is driveable at full height and is available with platform heights of 15 ft 4 in. (4.67 m) and 19 ft 6 in (5.94 m).

MSP and SSV10 series mobile stock picker shares the features of MVL series and is especially fit for small environment such as warehouses and workshops. SP Series push-around stock picker can be widely used in warehouses, distribution centres, commercial buildings, retail shops, churches, schools and hospitals.

JLG Electric Scissor Lifts

Scissor lifts are designed for lifting capacity and provide larger platform work areas to allow for heavier loads than boom lifts. They may be maneuvered in a manner similar to boom lifts, but the platform may be raised only vertically, except for an available option that extends the deck horizontally up to 6 ft. (1.83 m). Scissor lifts are available in various electric and gas-powered (rough terrain) models with maximum platform heights of up to 43 ft. (13.11 m). The 12 ft mast lifts are ideal where compact dimensions, low floor loadings and rental toughness are essential. Their super-efficient electric drive provides longer runtime than any other lift in its class.

A full range of platform heights from 19 ft (5.79 m) to 40 ft (12.19 m)

Long battery duty cycles for hours of operation in multi-shift conditions

Smooth controls combined with fast lift and drive speeds provide improved productivity for the operator

ES Series designed specifically for rental markets

JLG Telescopic Boom Lifts

Telescopic (straight or stick boom) boom lifts are especially useful for applications that require high reach capability. The machine's turntable can be rotated 360 degrees in either direction for easier positioning. The boom can be raised or lowered from vertical to below horizontal and extended while the work platform remains straight

and stable. The operator in the platform can maneuver and steer in any direction, even while the boom is extended.

Largest telescopic product offering, with available platform heights ranging from 40 ft (12.19 m) to 135 ft (41.15 m).

The first oscillating axle available in the 80 ft ( 24.38 m) class.

Smooth controls combined with fast lifts and drive speeds

The only 1,000 lb (454 kg) restricted capacity telescopic boom lifts available

JLG Articulating Boom Lifts

The machine's turntable may be rotated 360 degrees in either direction. The boom can be raised or lowered from vertical to below horizontal, and extended (telescoped) while the work platform remains horizontal and stable.

It can be maneuvered forward or backward and steered in any direction by the operator from the work platform, even while the basket is elevated. All articulating models are driveable at full elevation and have chassis widths that provide access to narrow industrial aisleways and congested work areas.

Platform heights are available from 45 ft (13.72 m) to 150 ft (45.72 m) including the 150HAX, the world s’ largest self-propelled articulating telescopic boom lift

Operator controls common to the 450 Series II, 600 and 800 series lifts

Fast lift and drive speeds enhance operator productivity
